Nour-eddine Aboudihaj is a well-known and highly regarded figure in the community and has been greatly involved in providing invaluable support and advice for many years, but especially following the Grenfell fire. His calm unassuming manner belies a highly skilled, authentic, compassionate, and capable leader and facilitator. His experience and qualifications as lecturer and transformational coach have been of great benefit, as well as his cultural sensitivity, warmth, and generosity. He has also been a powerful advocate and effective mediator for the bereaved and traumatised survivors and relatives of Grenfell Tower as well as for the residents of North Kensington. He has an extensive experience in community development and engagement as well as organisational transformation. He is a winner of Mayor’s Award 2020 for outstanding contributions to the local communities. Grenfell Tower Trust under his leadership won the Most Dedicated Grenfell Charity 2023 by Acquisition International. He has a pool of skills and a body of knowledge that can be a great asset to the board of trustees of Grenfell Tower Trust. His extensive experience in coaching and training will be of immediate effect to the good governance of the Trust.
